SCDB marks some IDs with a trailing "−" (e.g. "37311−"). Based on their published status legend, this most likely means inactive or removed — excluded by default so the app doesn't warn about cameras that are gone.
Entries outside this lat/lng box are skipped. SCDB is a worldwide database — narrow this to your operating area to keep the file small and relevant.
